Bryan es el Director del Proyecto de Acción por la Equidad (EAP) de MANAUS, que promueve la justicia social y la equidad racial en toda la región. En la actualidad, Bryan desarrolla cursos de formación y talleres organizativos sobre DEI y antirracismo, además de fomentar una mayor participación de la comunidad. Bryan es propietario de un negocio y director de las Roaring Divas, el primer grupo de artistas drag de la región.
Claudia Pawl es bailarina y empresaria. Es la fundadora de Mezcla Socials Dance, instructora, Intérprete y líder comunitaria. Claudia tiene experiencia en una variedad de bailes y actualmente organiza eventos públicos, bailes sociales y crea oportunidades de baile para el talento local en el Valle de Aspen. MSD se fundó en 2015 con una pasión por la aceptación, la alegría y la conexión comunitaria. Claudia busca oportunidades para crecer y colaborar con organizaciones donde hay alineación en el enfoque y la celebración de las artes. Claudia es intérprete certificada a nivel nacional y directora ejecutiva de Convey Language Solutions, y actualmente forma parte de la junta directiva de Dance Initiative y Carbondale Arts.

Bryan is the Manager of MANAUS’ Equity Action Project (EAP) which advances social justice and racial equity throughout the region. Currently, Bryan is developing organizational DEI and anti-racism trainings and workshops, and also building broader community engagement. Bryan is a business owner and the director of the Roaring Divas, the region’s first group of drag performers.
Claudia Pawl is a Dancer and Entrepreneur. She is the Founder of Mezcla Socials Dance, instructor, performer and community leader. Claudia is experienced in a variety of dances and currently hosts public events, social dances and creates dance opportunities for local talent in the Aspen Valley. MSD was founded in 2015 with a passion for acceptance, joy and community connection. Claudia seeks opportunities to grow and collaborate with organizations where there is alignment n focus and a celebration of the arts. Claudia is a Nationally Certified Interpreter and the CEO for Convey Language Solutions while currently serving on the Dance Initiative and Carbondale Arts board of directors.
